Communication skills are not good . I asked for a foot massage expecting to be sat in a chair . They wanted me to lay in a bed after 10 min of back and forth I decided to not go through with the service . When I left the lady threw what seem to be salt out of the door !! Very weird ….
Went there for the first time. Had an amazing massage by Sasha. She was cordial. She listened to me. She was attentive. She listened to what my body needed. I will definitely come back next time for a hour and a 1/2, and it was only $60. Lady up front does not speak much english but Sasha does. Great Experience definitely a Real Asian Massage.
This would make my second time visiting this location. I was extremely disappointed last night. Upon arrival I was greeted friendly and immediately taken back. After getting settled on the massage table and massage therapist walked in within 2-3 minutes. I’m thinking okay this is a great start. She asked me about pressure and started my 90 min session. About 45 minutes in the first interruption happens. Other lady knocked on the door asked a couple questions then left. Okay no big deal, I notice the door was slightly cracked but I readjusted refocusing on the massage. Then a few moments later other interruption this time the lady walked completely in having a conversation. Next thing I know my therapist is being switched. This new therapist didn’t inquire about pressure just didn’t her own thing. At this point I figure I only had 35-40 minutes left, I’ll just try to relax and enjoy the remaining minutes. Well that didn’t happen about 5 minutes into the restarted session she walked out to help a customer at the counter. I know this bc the door was left open and I could hear the conversation. She came back and restarted the session. Again trying to re-relax but no luck. About other 5 minutes into yet other restart session she calling out for someone. Then other person walks into the room. These two started to have a conversation in the middle of what was suppose to be a relaxing massage session. At this point I sat up on the table saying the session is over. The ladies started to apologize and I told her it’s fine. Please leave so I could get dressed. She hugged me from behind trying to make me stay on the table. Again I told her no I am no longer relaxed and to please leave so I could get dressed. I stood from the bed she kept touching me trying to get me to get back on the table. I asked her to please stop touching me and to leave the room so I could get dressed. Finally she left the room. I quickly dressed and proceeded to leave the room. Upon opening the door she was standing them, grab my hand and put $30 in it. Then offered a gift card. I once again said no thank you and to please stop touching me. At this point I was uncomfortable with the physical contact after having her wrapping her arm around me while I was trying to get up from the table and having her grabbing my shoulder and waist in a attempt to keep me in the room to complete the session. I didn’t asked for a refund. I didn’t make a fuss. I simply ended the session after 5 interruptions including a switch in therapist, Requesting her to leave the room so I could dress. Unfortunately that would be my last time visiting this establishment. I am only posting in hopes that they see this and understand a few things: 1. People come here to relax 2. Don’t interrupt a session 3. If you must interrupt a session, to switch therapist ask the customer 4. Don’t leave the room door open when you have a customer undressed on the table. 5. Avoid calling out to other employee during a session 6. Don’t have a conversation with an employee while giving a customer a message. 7. When a customer ask you to leave the room: A. Don’t try to restrain them. B. Respect the request, leave the room. This should be a place of relaxation. Interruptions interrupt the setting/mood.
Love this place! I would say the massage quality is almost like the asian massage I got when I was still in asia (which is the standard for me actually). Will absolutely come back next week to de-stress again. Also bring cash!
I’ve been to 3 other establishments in the area. This was by far the most attentive and thorough massage I’ve had since moving here. I came in as a walk in, requested the one hour table massage, and paid upfront. Ms. Tina focused on areas I told her needed more pressure than others and she consistently checked in throughout the massage to see if I was doing ok. I’ll be back again for sure!
